Service is slow. Orders are often incomplete or wrong. Staff in the drive-thru is very often unsmiling and surly. Overall, not a very cheerful place. The food is passable and fairly inexpensive.
They are so nice. I eat at alot of Mc Donald's and they are the nicest and cleanest one I go to.

You would think that after giving them a manager signed free value meal for a messed up order they would try and make sure that this order is correct. Wrong...
Last time I went they locked the doors on us as we were coming in, at 7pm on a Saturday. This time they told me to pull up to the first window, and there was no one there while I waited, the food is taking forever and they are messing up everyone's orders, and the teenagers working seem like they don't care at all. I'm typing this in the parking lot, where I have been for the past 20 minutes. Awful. If I could give no starts I would.
