I appreciate the friendly and helpful staff that works with me when I am at Pearls. Whether I am there for an oil change or another matter, the staff explains what needs to be done and has me in and out in a reasonable time.
Routine oil change and we were having an issue with our alarm going off randomly. The technician did a great job listening to our concern and fixed the issue. Also, while our vehicle was in the shop it was noted that our battery was starting to have a weak charge. It was great to have the heads up so we got it replaced before the winter weather gets here and we had issues, this is important to us with two small children. Great job Pearls! We love the continued care and dedication we receive at each visit.
