The staff here are amazing, I have never experienced any issues with prescriptions being incorrect, everyone is friendly and personable with customers, and even when I was no longer a customer due to insurance they fixed my glasses (Polycarbonate with string) without charging me a penny. Love these gals!
We took our son here for his first visit. Neither my husband or I have glasses and we didn’t know what to expect! The office looked good, the staff were extremely friendly and professional! Our Doctor was fantastic, she worked so hard to make sure Reed’s prescription was perfect for him! I feel like she went above and beyond to help him! They didn’t have the glasses Reed wanted in stock but they researched the type of frame he wanted and came up with an alternative that will work much better. I would recommend this office to anyone! Thank you so much!
