Very helpful and knowledgeable people working for this AT&T store. They have answered all questions. They have fixed all my problems.
Not the finest of AT&T stores by far. The deal I signed up for was not at all what I got and then to fix it was another multiple visit ordeal to different stores in different cities. Stick to the stores in Columbia where you get in quick and they know more about their services.
Ridiculously slow. Do not know how to do their jobs.
The last 2 times that I came to this AT & T Retailer for help and assistance regarding my AT & T purchased cell phone I received absolutely NO help. Agents were clueless! And, they did not apologize for being unable to help and did not refer me to someone who could. Just disgusting! They should be ashamed to cash their paycheck.
Very nice and knowledgeable employees. Had a woman help my mom get a new phone then set it up and set us up with a new line. She was a great employee.
