Not the best customer service, sometimes, with the younger cashiers, if closing time is near, but overall, they all do a great job. Very clean, well stocked, and reasonably priced, for the most part. A little more expensive than Wal-Mart, but everything is always fresh, and... they have THE BEST ground beef in their area.
I'd love to see better regular prices on some things such as 10 lb bag russet potatoes, and milk is ridiculously high, it's as if I'm in Tennessee shopping instead of Missouri. I love the ad specials and am grateful for the helpful, courteous employees who help me (I'm disabled). I really appreciate how many electric shopping carts there are in case it is busy there, most stores this size don't care to accommodate the ADA but Moser's in Mexico is awesome. Dave Pinkerton especially is an excellent employee a kind soul and fast. People on fixed incomes need little lower regular prices such as the deli salad bar, is extremely high. I adore this store on cleanliness, organization, layout, yet the registers are a little tight together, when in electric cart, it can be difficult if you're a bad driver like me haha those things need to slow down a little it would help. I also like the marketing set up. Dollar aisle is awesome, please don't change it. Produce is ok. Love the meat department. Thanks for caring about customer service, it's a lost art.
Moser's is convenient as it is close to my home and the staff is very friendly. Their prices can be a bit steep though...The only time I stop at Moser's is if I'm in a big hurry and don't have the time for a further drive, but if I have the extra time I would much rather drive the extra miles to Wal-Mart and save myself a few bucks.
Friendly service. Get in and out quickly with ease. I'm a fan of the "Best Choice" label.
Moser's offers all of the basics of your standard grocery store plus some specialty items you won't be able to find everywhere. The prepared food and salad bar are great, and come in handy when you're in a pinch for dinner. No matter how busy they are there are more than enough cashiers to keep the lines moving quickly. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
