My son being accepted to Missouri Military Academy brought me out to Mexico from Florida. I am a repeat customer because facility is clean and well kept. Also, the room entrances are interiorly accessed and a room key needed to enter building after dark. The night's stay does include breakfast which adds to the value.
Clean and friendly place. Excellent house keeping. Hot and cold breakfast and a Hotel rewards program to earn free nights.
This place is seriously disgusting. Hair all over the bathroom. Blankets are heavily stained and threadbare. Carpets need cleaned. Weird smell. Screen on window was falling off and had holes in it. Short ceilings. Dark and creepy. Door to the bathroom could not be closed. Door knob was falling off. Fan in bathroom didn't work. I should have slept in the car.
What a ridiculous place to stay. If you have a service animal do yourself a favor and skip this disgusting place. They kicked us out of our room within 30 minutes of us being there because they don't accept service animals there and I had my dog. (Which is a service dog) they refused to refund my money and also told me that they should tack on a $200 charge. They were very unprofessional and would not listen to anything I was telling them. Best western down the street is way more accommodating. I fully intend on getting a refund if I have to go to the end of the earth to just put this dreadful place in check.
Only as a last resort. Dirty, threadbare. Labeled no smoking and reeked of cigarette smoke.
