Quickest and Cleanest Hardee's I've ever been in! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Lots of regulars are here in the morning so you know it is a great place to eat. The manager really knows how to run the store and the crew respects her. You could tell that they enjoy their job. Some of them were even singing! I was working on some post graduate courses and sat at a table from breakfast through the lunch rush. In between the rushes, all staff were cleaning and making the place spotless once again. Highly recommended!
My fries are always nasty and cold....the customer service is the worst I've ever seen. They have no personality.......the least they could do is say thank you for buying their overpriced junk they call food. However I do visit in the mornings for breakfast on occasion and that shift is pleasant.
I always get biscuits n gravy and this week the hostess was a jewel she had a smile polite and very clean she asked if we needed anything else after meal was served and showed very good customer service. It was her first week but she showed that in a little time she will do her manager great service. Carol chose a great person to work for her store and improve the atmosphere of the restaurant.
Nice place! Manager works hard to keep place in order and will correct anything you may encounter. Keep improving!
